Thank you for joining our blog. Tia, Taffy, and I are so excited to share with you how we and millions of other dog owners love to have a furry friend as a part of their family. We will try to share with you the advice and opinions of other dog owners as you bring your questions and comments to our website.

Dog ownership may seem burdensome and time consuming. My only response to that is, when you had a member of your family live with you, there were extra responsibilities involved. However, if you speak to most parents who go through the "Empty Nest Syndrome", those responsibilities seem very small to the joy and love that family member added.

Our "Fur babies" become just that, for many of us. They love us with a total innocent and complete acceptance of who we are. Their sweet dispositions and personalities can be scared, changed, and marred by someone mistreating them. Dog owners who love our pets are quite insistent that those who wish to own dogs, treat them well with love and respect. If you are going to own a dog, please consider it a privilege and not a burden. For that creature is dependent upon you and your mercy to treat them with love and care.
